I have been part of the Patterson Park Church family for 16 years. I have been married to my wife, Stacie, for 27 years, and we are blessed with five wonderful adult children: Ben, Joy, Jaslove, Matthew, and Gaelle.
I grew up in Northern Virginia, in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., and earned a BA from the University of Virginia. I later completed a Master of Science at VCU and a Medical Degree from the Uniformed Services University. I served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, and since retiring, I have been practicing locally in Dayton with an independent physician group, caring for adults with blood and cancer disorders.
At Patterson Park Church, I have had the joy of serving in many areas, including Children’s Ministry, AWANA, Youth Ministry, and Special Connections. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching and mentoring in these ministry areas. I have also been blessed to participate in several mission trips, including Trinidad, SOS Memphis, and Operation Christmas Child.
I enjoy studying the Bible, mentoring youth and young adults, and caring for others.
