welcome

We're so glad you're here!

What to Expect

Our pastors use an expository preaching style to communicate the meaning of Scripture verse-by-verse.
Our music is a mixture of familiar hymns and contemporary worship songs.
Each service typically lasts 60 minutes.
At PPC, you will see people wearing anything from casual to coats and ties. Come as you are!

Visiting

Please join us for Sunday service at 9:00 am or 10:30 am.

After each service, we host a meet and greet for visitors in our main lobby. One of our pastors would love to meet with you and answer any questions you have.

Frequently Asked Questions

What version of the Bible do you use?
For our pulpit ministry we use the English Standard Version, but feel free to bring whichever version of the Bible you feel comfortable with.
How many pastors do you have?
We do not have a senior pastor but instead govern by a plurality of elders. There are six pastors and six non-vocational elders. These twelve men make up the elder council, which governs the fellowship. You can read about all of our pastors and elders here.
What ordinances do you practice?
We practice two ordinances: Baptism and the Lord’s Supper, or Holy Communion. The first Sunday of every month we celebrate an open Communion; that is, it is open to all believers who trust in Christ as their personal Savior, regardless of their affiliation with PPC.
Can I get involved in church activities without becoming a member?
There are a number of activities where non-members can participate including Sunday school, classes, Bible studies, small groups, choir, hospitality, serving in various ways around the campus.  Leadership positions, however, are reserved for members, including Bible teachers, church officers and church committees.  One must also be a church member to vote at church business meetings.
What form of baptism do you practice?
We practice believer's baptism by immersion- a professing Christian going under the water and coming up again. We believe this the best picture of our identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. You can read more about baptism at PPC here.
