Program Overview
The desire for this residency program stems from believing the local church, as God designed it, is the hope of the world. Patterson Park seeks to provide aspiring church leaders at seminary a healthy church environment to learn, grow, and practice ministry after completing their degree.

The Pastoral Residency, a paid position with full benefits, provides a wide range of potential ministry opportunities suited to each Resident’s gifts, abilities, and eventual ministry focus, with multiple opportunities for mentorship available.

When is the conference?
The Missions Conference will take place on Friday, March 21.

Is there a dress code?
We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the conference. Casual dress is perfectly fine.
Are children welcome?
Yes! Children are welcome and will enjoy their own separate, age-appropriate conference during the event.
Is food provided?
Yes. We will provide:
- A light breakfast (pastries and fruit)
- Lunch
- An afternoon dessert/snack
Is there a cost to attend the conference?
Yes, there is a small registration fee to help offset conference costs.
- Early Bird Registration (Jan. 12 – Feb. 16):
$5 per person | $20 family maximum - Regular Registration (Feb. 17 – March 8):
$10 per person | $25 family maximum
Will the conference continue on Sunday?
Yes! On Sunday morning, we will welcome Lee Heyward, founder of BrookLink, as our guest speaker.

Interview
We will coordinate with all selected applicants to set up a virtual interview. Interviews with finalists will take place in Beavercreek, OH.
