Pastoral Residency (Full-Time)
Our Pastoral Residency is a two-year, full-time opportunity designed to equip and develop emerging pastors for faithful, long-term ministry. Residents gain hands-on experience as part of our pastoral team, receiving mentorship, theological sharpening, and practical training in preaching, shepherding, leadership, and discipleship.

Our Student Ministry Pastor role is a full-time position dedicated to discipling junior high and high school students toward lifelong faith in Jesus Christ. As the Pastor of Student Ministry, you will serve as the primary Bible teacher for students, shepherd volunteer leaders and families, and guide the development and evaluation of all student ministry programs. You will oversee weekly gatherings such as Growth Groups and Sunday School, lead annual events like Winter Retreat, mission trips, and summer camp, and cultivate a healthy, Christ-centered culture through service projects and social activities.
